At Brilliant Brains Consultancy, we take your privacy and the security of your corporate data seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines our statutory data protection practices and applicant CV storage rules.

1. Data Collection

We collect personal and corporate information strictly for the purpose of executing consulting services, recruitment, and statutory compliance workflows (such as EPF/ESIC registrations).

2. Candidate CV Storage

Resumes and job applications submitted through our unified portal are stored securely on our enterprise-grade database (Supabase) leveraging Row Level Security (RLS). CVs are retained only for the duration of the active recruitment cycle or up to 6 months for future opportunities, after which they are securely purged.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Information is only shared with statutory bodies (like EPFO, ESIC) when explicitly mandated by the scope of our consulting agreement.
